1. Who we are

Lean With Manpreet ("we", "our", "us") is a sole-proprietor digital coaching business operated by Manpreet Singh, India. This policy explains what we collect when you visit challenge.leanwithmanpreet.in or purchase any of our programs, and how we handle that information.

2. Information we collect

Account & checkout data: name, email, mobile number, billing details you enter to complete a purchase.
Payment data: we do not store card or UPI details. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we receive only an order ID, payment status and amount.
Health-related inputs: if you choose to share blood reports, symptoms, medications or lifestyle data during the program, we hold this confidentially for the sole purpose of delivering your protocol.
Usage data: basic analytics (IP address, browser, pages viewed, referrer) and marketing pixels (Meta Pixel, conversion APIs) used to measure ad performance.

3. How we use your information

Deliver the challenge, masterclass or coaching program you purchased.
Communicate with you over email and WhatsApp about your program, payments and customer support.
Measure marketing performance and improve our offers.
Comply with applicable Indian tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws.

4. What we never do

We never sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.
We never publish your name, photo, blood report or outcomes without prior written consent.
We never use your health data outside the scope of delivering your protocol.

5. Service providers we use

To operate the business we rely on a small set of trusted vendors who process minimum necessary data under their own privacy terms: Razorpay (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting & security), Google Workspace (email, spreadsheets), Meta Platforms (Facebook/Instagram marketing & conversion APIs), WhatsApp Business (program delivery), and Zoom (live sessions).

6. Cookies and tracking

We use first- and third-party cookies for site analytics, session state, and conversion tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some checkout features may stop working if you do.

7. Data retention

Customer records, payment receipts and program data are retained for as long as we are legally required to (typically eight financial years for tax records). You may request earlier deletion under section 9 below.

8. Security

Data is held on encrypted infrastructure (Cloudflare, Google). Payments are PCI-DSS handled by Razorpay. Despite reasonable safeguards, no internet transmission can be guaranteed 100% secure.

9. Your rights

You may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, by writing to leanwithmanpreet@gmail.com. We respond within seven working days. Where deletion conflicts with a tax-record obligation, we will redact identifying fields and retain only what the law requires.

10. Minors

Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
