Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. The 5-Day Blood Report Decoder Challenge — ₹99

• 7-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If for any reason the challenge does not work for you, write to us within 7 days from the day your access was delivered and we will refund the entire amount paid (challenge fee + any order bumps).
• The 7-day window begins on the date access is delivered to the email and WhatsApp number provided at checkout. Live Day-5 attendance is not required to qualify for the refund.
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 working days from approval.

2. Order bumps (Meal Plan Upgrade, Supplement Stack Guide, VIP Report Review)

• Bumps are covered by the same 7-day guarantee when purchased together with the challenge.
• VIP Report Review: if your 1:1 report-review session has already been delivered, that ₹499 bump becomes non-refundable. All other amounts in the order are still refunded.

3. The 90-Day Blood Protocol Program (₹9,999)

• You may request a full refund within 7 days from the program start date, provided no more than 1 of the live weekly Zoom sessions has been attended and no blood-report review has been delivered.
• After day 7, the program fee is non-refundable. Unused weeks may, at our discretion, be paused for up to 30 days for documented medical reasons.

4. Executive 1:1 (3-, 6-, 12-month)

• Within 14 days of enrolment and before the second 1:1 session, you may cancel for a 100% refund.
• After the second session, the engagement is non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, pause the program for documented medical reasons.

5. Reasons that disqualify a refund

• Requests submitted after the applicable window above.
• Sharing, redistributing, or publishing program content (videos, PDFs, group messages) in violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• Removal from a program due to community-guideline violations.

6. How to request a refund

Email leanwithmanpreet@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request — [your registered phone number]". Include the order ID or payment ID from your Razorpay receipt. We acknowledge within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) and process approved refunds within 5–7 working days. The refund will appear on the original payment method (card / UPI / netbanking) used at checkout.

7. Cancellations (before delivery)

If you change your mind before access is delivered, write to us and we will cancel the order and process a full refund immediately.
